I got a call telling me that my WiFi would be shut off if I didn’t resolve issues and that I should call the number below. And I’m with Optus btw so I’m not sure why Telstra would call me😂
I haven’t managed to get them to pick up yet, maybe it’s because I was calling with no caller ID. let me know if you have any luck.

They do pick up with no caller ID, but probably best to try 9am AEST 2morrow as it’s 5pm here now
Almost all the Telstra scams and in UK BT (British Telecom) originate from Kolkata in India. They will login to your bank account and “magically” will show that they “by mistake” transferred money to your account and they want the money back via gift cards.
They blank the victim’s screen and transfer money from the victim’s saving account to the checking .Victim later falsely thinks indeed there is excess money in checking.
