These scammers have called me every day for at least 3 weeks so far this year, each time it was a different person calling. It’s a call centre.
The callers follow a script. They all sound like they are have the same accent.
One caller abused me in Hindi 2 days in a row after I asked him if he was a scammer.
When you ask where they are (after a short pause) they say Southbank although one did say Northbank. When you ask them for the address they give an address that is a 28 min drive away in Sunshine.
They seem to think it's in the same place and some say it's the same place. When you ask them what the time is they pause, google it and a min later they tell you and they also tell you data like humidity levels and stuff you can only get from the internet.
They are NOT registered as a business with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).
I spoke to the company in QLD that they stole the name from and they have told me of the many difficulties this company has given them.
I have researched this company extensively, there is no way they are legit.
I've reported them to the local authorities as well as Google and Chrome.
