Only two links that popped up instantly when searching the number - Seems to have ALOT of searches, on WhitePages within recent times. However, neither site has any comments/reports!

That is a typical scare tactic of a debt scammer. Always remember it is not a criminal act to owe money and nobody would ever issue a warrant or send officers to your house. Genuine process servers also don’t call the people they are trying to serve, since it would alert the person that someone is trying to serve them Court documents.
Debt is a Civil matter and the Laws that govern it are very different than Criminal Cases.
Is this definitely a confirmed scam number then, or?
If that is the number @drwat called when they told him that, then yes it would be.
