Attention All Scammer baiters (I need your help) 770-585-4281

Hello Guys I’m asking this from the bottom of my heart for help on this.
I usually pride myself on never getting scammed. I had a scammer contact me and I actually fell for it. Although I never gave them any information. They had me convinced. The scammer started out telling me that I missed jury summons and there is an arrest warrant for me. I know this scam but he gave me my previous address and said I needed to drive to the local sheriffs office and set up a bond. I would never fall for this but this one got me. I used prank sites to prank him. I need all your help.

The scammer is posing as a US Marshall
Their phone number is 770-585-4281

I’m really sorry to hear that you got scammed. :frowning:

Edit: I’ve been calling repeatedly and it seems to currently just go to the TextNow voicemail. I’m assuming other baiters are probably keeping them occupied.

2nd Edit: I called, using 5 different open instances of TextNow, the same (770) 585-4281 number simultaneously.

What can we take away from this? If they are offline. Any other way to track them besides me contacting textNow? This one is personal.

I noticed that a few weeks ago as well when I called my own TextNow number. I honestly preferred the old default voicemail, but I sort of suspect they might have changed it to avoid association with scammers who may tend to abuse it.
