The carrier is BCM One, which is known for supporting scammers and not taking any action to prevent scammers from using their network. The number is very active tho, with “Alex” and “John” answering when I called.

Just tried from 2 new cid’s and from bobrtc and can’t get through, hope someone else is having better luck if their still active
They’re probably closed or starting to close.
Verified location: Chandigarh, Punjab India. They all speak Punjabi.
