Was on hold for almost 6 minutes and around the 3 minute mark, I went spastic and started pressing 0 as fast as I could. Must have got some attention because I got shunted to voicemail.

I tried the 623 number. Automated robot girl wants 4 digit att password to go further. Scary
Usually, the way around it is to push “0” numerous times. Then, a live scammer would often pick up the phone. Not sure if these particular ones would go for it, but it worked for me in the past with Direct TV scammers.
