12:08 pm central …I called 209 387 1141 and pressed 1 to make a payment per the automatic voice’s instructions, but it said it is not a valid extension and the call hung up automatically.

I called again and I pressed 3 for tech support …I got freaking Sydney, the female robo voice.

I called again and I pressed 0 … I got “Sydney” the freaking robo female voice.

I suspect the robo voice crap is cheaper than paying live human beings.
