2nd installment of my adventure of where I auto-dailed an SSA Scammer call center for 3 hours.

Officer Victor Frank is perhaps either one of the most mentally soft individuals I've connected to and/or his limited English proficiency is making his life more difficult. But either way he agrees that I've been his best friend all day.
