I’m currently scambaiting them and they say they’re not associated with Arlo - quite strange, as their website says they are. Jim Browning found that Microsoft scammers have also been doing this.

I told them about my “problem” (which I just randomly made up), and they say it’ll cost $49. I ask for payment methods (to report them of course), and they say an expert will call me soon and ask for my number.

I get the call, and learn that their support # is ‪(978) 785-7640‬.
