Anytime a scammer mentions the Springfield Armory, it’s usually a Social Security scam
Carrier: Onvoy/Microsoft Teams
Call Center Location: India
Answers as: “Suppoat” or “Apple”
Technician: “James William”
Remote Access Software: UltraViewer (ID: 128494171/DESKTOP-FC52LMT) and ConnectWise from ahwxinfo.top (Code: 37235)
“James William” was initially too gandu to provide “suppoat,” instead opting to block my PBX number. However, once I called from my Google Voice line, his incredibly-deaf ass remotely connected to my virtual machine via UltraViewer and repeatedly asked me what I was seeing on my computer screen before transferring the call to a co-worker who attempted to install ConnectWise from ahwxinfo.top to no avail.
I was then asked if I check my bank statements online. When I told the scammer I don’t do online banking, he refused to “suppoat.”
Just did a fake support robocall saying his ultra viewer id has been disabled and to contact hissystem admin to regain access sounded panicked since i just repeated the message over and over with a *67 call
