509-320-4232 – Very loud call center with men just screaming in the background about arrest varrents and goathouses. The woman who answered never gave me a name or badge number. She sounded older and very weary. We went through the usual taking of my name. I am making them increasingly difficult to spell and pronounce. She actually said, “How do you pronouncate that?” She went right into her script without verifying my number or my zip code, which tells me this is a very low budget and small operation. Her speech was plodding and monotone. She said the usual audit, allegations under my name, arrest varrent plot. I said But–but-- how can this be! I am six months pregnant and have not worked since high school. She said it did not matter. I said but should you not be talking to Roy? She said Who is Roy? (Bad script since the IRS would KNOW my husband’s name.) My husband of course! NO! This is in YOUR name! I said, You know, you sound very tired. You should go home and take care of your kids or grandkids and quit this scamming stuff because I think it is getting to you. Plus you are not very good at it because you don’t sound convincing at all. She said Really? in her very tired voice. I said For sure. You are up all night doing this rotten thing to people and you sound like it is wearing you down. Please think about it. And I hung up. I wonder sometimes about these women doing this in the middle of the night, perhaps because they have no other way to support their kids other than prostitution. It makes me feel very blessed to have the life I have and to be an American. Don’t get me wrong, I still detest what they do. I read an article that said some of them don’t even know that they are scamming people. They apply for the job and are told it is a company that is contracted out to collect debts for the US Government and IRS. They are told to just read the script. It does make you wonder.
Lol! I called this one and asked if this was the international rundi service, I was passed to a female who I asked the same question to. She said something in a foreign language then it was suggested that I have anal intercourse with my cash lol!!!
