I am new to scam baiting. And I usually use *67 before I call scammers to hide my number. But that usually only works on morons. Sometimes they manage to block me even with that. So I’m wondering if anybody can tell me what apps they use to mess with scammers. All the apps I have tried either only allow you to change your number after a time limit, Such as waiting 2 weeks between changes, or they are free at first but after 4 or 5 calls (most of which don’t even go through because a lot of numbers posted here are dead.) They want you to pay. Can any body help a beginner scam baiter out?
@Scambaiter99#93063 yeah the *67 doesn’t work especially for tollfree numbers cuz they pay for your call, they have the right to see who’s calling basically.
Sadly there's no app out there that lets you instantly switch numbers - atleast not that I know of.
Use multiple textnow accounts and cycle through them would be my suggestion here :)
@Scambaiter99#93063 67 wont block your number on the scammers caller id that the first mistake you did use textnow o Skype even google but67 doesn’t do anythin
@Scambaiter99#93063 Unfortunately the only software that lets you change your number constantly is Fire RTC and they are not allowing any new accounts.
