This one guy seems to be working alone, but immediately the scam website asks you for access to your camera and microphone. He claims to be apple tech support, but he uses the same wait music as all scammers and his people skills are terrible and his American accent while better than others, he has a tendency to slip up when speaking quickly. He tries to charge you for a temporary 6 month solution to your problem or a lifetime solution when your screen freezes, and to get rid of the messages, but Apple would obviously never do that. And he tries to get your credit/debit info over the phone and claims that their website is currently down.
He even tries threatening to steal and upload your photo album. He’s also very lecherous, lewd, and perverted.
