They pretty much pick up instantly. Their hold tune is fun tho I have to say. Reminds me of the game Tropico 5. I am still on hold. Also, I said I had a problem with my Mac, but once I got transferred the person said it's my ipad and starts giving me some 'true' guidance. Made me walk all the way to the wallmart so I can buy 500$ worth of google play cards to pay for apple support. They're desperate btw.

Edit: I gave them a 'fake' paint-drawn google play card. They're triggered af. Time wasted:1hr.
