Additional information about this scam: They are sending texts about an Apple app store purchase:
“Your AppStore Order Successful. Amount: 543.41 USD. Order ID: WXBYQV. Product ID: X8IPUKM4S. If Haven’t Place This Order Call Support Immediately8779072111 -OptOut Send QUIT.”

Found on findwhocalls, the rep will say you have to add a gift card to a new email in order to “reverse” the charge.
