Rings to an Indian local exchange. Sounds like a North-East Indian scammer.

Call back from Chase Fraudulent Team - Hanna Winters (410) 864-2640 (Actual Chase number Spoof’d)

She is Opening a FTC Case ID# FRB220596251 to report this fraud.

FTC officer Bruce Jennings -Chief investigator.

This is the recording of the Chase bank transferring me to FTC Bruce
The guy wanted a real person detail which can be verified online. :smiley:
