Kevin has answered several times, Lisa answered twice. More than one person is pretending to be Kevin. This is probably the most these people will ever feel important to the world - by pretending to have value to society.
I’m unable to assist because no screenshot was posted, and it’s very likely that this is a MS Teams number.
MS Teams numbers all run through the Onvoy network on Sinch.

Right, so if this was received on something like a VOIP or a Google Voice number on PC, screenshot that. I can use that and there’s nothing wrong with uploading those. As long as it shows that it was received on a device/PC, it can be used.
I don’t understand why some people just write out the message instead of sharing what was received, if it was received on a device.

I have had people complain in the past about doing it this way so I switched back to simple copy and paste.
They’re probably complaining about the spoofed number, but telecoms don’t look at that, they care about the number in the text. This is what the telecoms want to see and before anyone complains about Sinch (and they should) the reports are forwarded to Microsoft (I’ve confirmed it first hand) who do shut them down in 24 hours. Moving forward, just black out the spoofed number.
Telecoms request these kinds of screenshots because it tells them everything they need to know and it shows the reported number being promoted in a spam text.
. The number’s been reported to Sinch using the webform. There is s way to send evidence to them, you just have to be creative. Until then, have fun messing with them.
