I called and reached Max from Apple Support. His favorite color is black.

877-496-8439 has been shut down by Digitorzo. 888-400-9230, also reported to Digitorzo seems to be offline now.

It has indeed been shut down. As an added bonus, 2 scammer call back numbers on Google Voice were also obtained and reported. Google Voice will terminate any numbers on the registered account that scammers use. So if an account has 5 numbers on it, all of them go down.

Here are the 2 call back numbers from both toll free numbers on Google Voice. Both have been shut down as were the accounts that were hosting them, which included other scammer call backs
