Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf “Kevin” asked me to open my email account and open my web browser before the call got dropped when he wanted me to go to a specific website.

  • Before calling me back, “Kevin” failed to download ConnectWise from help56.top then opened Notepad to falsely claim my phone is “answering” and that their “server is not working properly”
