Got a soft spoken femscammer who answered “hello?” I was like um is this Apple? She said “yeah.”
Professional people here, clearly very experienced and talented scammers.
I ended the call by saying "Does Apple train their CS reps to answer the phone with just hello and to say “yeah?” Are you sure you aren’t a scammer, randi?
She giggled and hung up.
EDIT: Sorry for the double post. I searched current threads for the last four digits of the phone number and got no matches. Is there a better way?
Looks like they just added a random 2-digit IVR
OH - no number in the subject. Can that be fixed? Issue will continue to happen without it.
If it has been replied to by me. Some don’t agree with it but this is my format. 8016403707. Other then that you’ll just have to do what you do.
