- Two additional “pre-approved charges:” $642 for an iPhone, $900 for a Macbook
- Charges made from Cleveland, Ohio, New York, New Jersey and Texas
- They are “required” to “follow protocol with the Dept. of Federal Trade Commission”
- I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice and I will be “sued for abusing.”
