Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf “David” asked me to go to whatismyipaddress.com and log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, he wanted to view my browser history before I intervened.
- He then wanted me to search for “Geek Prank” as a way of showing me someone misusing my identity, but I refused and he opted to transfer the call to his manager, “Max,” who falsely claimed they were “part of the United States” as an excuse for invading on my fucking privacy.
