They have been scamming for at least 4 years from Pune city, Maharashtra state, India.

That is disturbly interesting. These corrupt countries allow this because they don’t like North America takes crews like us to try to make a difference if we do at all, but we feel we do and who are we to try to help defeat corruption because we are doing ZERO wrong the scammer is the one that needs to fear breaking universal laws.
