Answers as: “Apple” or “suppoat”
Technician: “Lucas”
“Lucas” refused to “suppoat” as I was not using a smartphone
“Mark” answered as “Apple Suppoat.”
He claims my Apple account is not secure and that he will help me. He asked me to download HelpDesk Host on my iPhone. After I said I did not have an iPhone, but a RedMagic one, he told me to open up my MacBook and download it there. After a few seconds after I said I had to boot up my computer, he put me on hold and stopped responding to me.

904-602-8665 is Mark Lewis’ personal line. He swears that he is not Mark Murphy who embezzled my Apple funds.
