Remote Access Software: Mobile app or AnyDesk (Address: 1316838964/shadows box)
Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf “Cynthia” transferred the call to her “this side the supervisor, Robert,” who asked me to log in to my nonexistent bank account before asking me to purchase “verification cards” from a CVS or Walgreens.
