Thank you for the screenshot. This has been reported to Fractel. Seems like this number is assigned to a campaign that is using a “Pay-Per-Call” scheme.

Meaning that the complicit reseller that sold this number to the scammers, has set up the number to multiple call centers. I called it and one scammer answered as “PayPal” while another call answered as “Apple”

Pay-Per-Call schemes are becoming more common as more and more scammer resellers are being driven out of their resellers programs due to fraud reports. Removing one of these numbers affects multiple call centers.
