They are answering from a valid cell phone, I don’t recommend by the way.

Answering as support and Apple - same man each time

Got a callback from, 501-313-1681 (GV#) they surprised me in the aspect most of these apple scammers are in the Delhi region, not this one he’s a Kolkata chode..
