Had a giggle calling again and again requesting things my mother would tell me off for .lulz
This was an MS Teams number that has been shut down.
MS Teams has one of 2 disconnections message. This is one of them. MS Team numbers are routed through the “Onvoy/Neutral Tandem” networks, which means Sinch. Remember, just because a number states “Onvoy” that doesn’t mean that it’s an Onvoy/Sinch number. Onvoy as a telecom no longer exists. It’s a pool that various other telecoms get their residential numbers from. Text Now for example, also uses Onvoy numbers for some of their paid residential numbers. In that case, contact Text Now directly.
There is no way to contact Microsoft directly. If anyone has contacts with Microsoft, you need to convince them to open up a portal so that consumers can report these numbers directly to them instead going through Sinch.
