The first bhenchod I spoke to was too deaf to provide “suppoat,” claiming it’s “protocol” for them to ask for the last 4 digits of my phone number, so I called back and “Nancy Smith” was too deaf to provider “suppoat” as well. The same also applied to “Kevin,” but not to “Michael,” who accepted the call made from my Google Voice line.
