“Chris” refused to “suppoat” after providing a separate name and being unable to abide by Big Smoke’s order to follow the damn train, so I called back and “Steve” straight-up refused to “suppoat.”
- I then got ahold of “Maxine,” who falsely claimed my email address was used to generate a fake Apple Pay account, that it was being accessed over 27 times from California, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Texas and the Carolinas, and that my IP was compromised by a “trojan spyware virus” and is connected to my Social Security Number.
- She then asked if I was using a smartphone, which I wasn’t, before falsely claiming my email account was last accessed from Ohio at 3:00AM and asking me to check my email for anything suspicious or asking for me to provide my Social Security Number.
- “Maxine” then sent me an email falsely claiming my phone was compromised by “trojan and Pegasus spyware” and that hackers are attempting to make fraudulent charges by using my “identity social security number,” urging me to take action within 2 hours.
- “Maxine” then asked me to provide the name of my banking institution and the last 4 digits of my checking account before falsely claiming my phone lines were compromised just as the staff at All8Series SUSPENDED THE ACCOUNT. I did respond to this email requesting additional information about the customer in question, as I do plan to report their activities to law enforcement.
- She then put my call on hold for 7 minutes while falsely claiming to run a “scan” on my network and send emails to the “fraud prevention teams of Apple” and my fake bank before suddenly hanging up on me. I did call her back so she can use another cell phone to “connect” my call with Chase and ask for my account or debit card number.
- The call was transferred to “Kevin Backhouse,” who asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number and falsely claimed there were 17 attempts made to change the password on my account, and that there was a pre-authorized $5,832.41 charge for CHILD PORNOGRAPHY from PornHub.
- After berating me for “yelling” when I was using my normal speaking voice, “Kevin” sent me an email falsely claiming my account was “locked and being monitored for security reasons” and falsely claimed to be in communication with the United States Social Security Administration.
- “Kevin” then asked me to “secure” my Social Security Number by adding a PIN number of 3028 and to “secure” my funds by purchasing “transferrable security cards,” so I told him I can only write a check given my account was locked. But as he insisted I withdraw the money from my bank account, I cussed him out, hung up the call and internally wished that every scammer in his call center received the death penalty for scamming Social Security recipients and using child porn as a scare tactic.
