Answers as: “Suppoat” or “Apple”
Technician: “Lisa”
Senior Officer: “Alex Wilson”
“Alex’s” personal line: (406) 630-3092 (Bandwidth.com via Google Voice)
Falsely Claims: Account created in California
Remote Access Software: Mobile phone or UltraViewer (ID: 105954586/DESKTOP-TJP3T9P)

After asking for my name and zip code, “Lisa” checked her “server” and asked me to install the “browser” UltraViewer. Once she remotely connected to my virtual machine, she asked me to go to whatismyipaddress.com before I refused. given the possibility of the scammers using a booter.
- She then asked me to check my email and log into my nonexistent bank acccount. But since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to provide the phone number for my fake bank, so I provided her with the 24/7 Lenny line and she asked me if I see another number on the back of my fake card and, later, to perform a Google search for the fake number.
- The call was transferred to her “Senior Officer, Alex Wilson,” who asked for the name of my fake bank before asking me to call their “secure line” (406) 630-3092.
- When I called his Google Voice line, he asked me to tell a fake bank officer that my “Internet IP address” was hacked and all other kinds of bullshit, but I instead blasted his ears with the bhenchod song.
