Falsely Claims: Email used as Apple ID, Network and email hacked to purchase Bitcoin from 3 different locations and a Wells Fargo bank account.
Remote Access Software: Mobile app or UltraViewer (Nickname: “Cancellation Server,” ID: DESKTOP-P0OFSA1)
Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf “Lisa” asked me to close the browser before running a “scan” with the “Tree” command in the Command Prompt and falsely claiming my banking was compromised by the Clampi virus.
- After working on my “case,” I was asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to grab my banking card before she transferred the call to her “fraudulent department” to “secure my banking and Social Security.”
- The call was transferred to “David Wilson” from the “security department,” who asked me to run the “netstat” command so he can falsely claim my IP address was compromised and tied to my Social Security number.
- “David” became too invasive to provide “suppoat.”
