Just got the same text. Scammer answering.
Me too - my bad for the duplicate post. They are still answering for me as of 12:22 PM EST on Friday 9-5.
UPDATE: Call sounds forwarded – like you’ll hear one ring that has a certain sound and then you get subsequent rings that sound a little different. After they got hip to my number they started letting me go to their VM that wasn’t set up with a message – just plays a generic message: “201-335-4062” cannot get to the phone…. So I guess that’s where it gets forwarded to! 
Prepare to be shocked: “The number +1 (201) 335-4062 is a Mobile Phone by SINCH (FKA INTELIQUENT/NEUTRAL TANDEM)”
