Technician: “Eric”
Falsely Claims: Credentials used to purchase Apple gift card from Apple store.
“Eric” refused to “suppoat” as he couldn’t tell the difference between a flip phone and an Android phone.

Joms with the Customer Support says his favorite color is white. Robert Mam says his favorite color is “pink p***y.” Daniel’s favorite color is black. He sang the Apple Song for me – it sounded quite a bit like Jingle Bells but with modified lyrics.
