Kelley from the Apple Customer Support won’t tell me her favorite color. Neither will Jeffrey and Nancy, they just hang up without a word. Rude! Also I think they need better phones at Apple, I can barely hear them over the static.
Update: they have added a two-digit random IVR challenge that only works half the time. Jack from Apple Customer Support is lewd and crude but still won’t verify his favorite color for the security and verification purposes.
