Additional information about this scam:
I challenged him with this one! I told him that the money was never debited from my account. Scammer said it was pending, so I told him that I will call my bank and tell them it’s a fraudulent charge and to cancel it. From there they will re-issue me a new debit card. 
Scammer said “you can’t do that ma’am because it’s pending, we already got the money”?? Lol
I said that’s bullshit I’m calling the bank to cancel it if it’s actually a charge. He said well ma’am, and then hung up on me.
I guess you can’t argue with facts!
