I just wanted to say that AOL.COM has farmed their support team to an overseas company. I call AOL and got an agent with a heavy INDIAN ACCENT. I guess, AOL doesn’t much care about their AMERICAN MEMBERSHIP. This agent did he best to have me turn on my computer for a security scan. He failed. I advised him that I don’t have a tech issue, just a billing account issue. I asked to be transfer to accounts. this clown refused to do so, unless, he performs a security scan on my computer. Once again his failed. CLICK !!!
