you can look for them here https://who-called.co.uk/ but most are mobile numbers and many are spoofed, there are the odd gems if you keep checking.
There’s also a reddit group that posts UK scam numbers but there’s not much activity there https://www.reddit.com/r/ScamNumbersUK/
