Any free VoiP service that works in the UK?

So I live in the Uk, which means I can’t use a lot of VoIP services E.G: Textnow, Google Voice

I’ve just been using BobRTC until now, but since half the numbers on there are currently disabled, I was wondering if anyone knew of any VoIP services that actually work in the UK without a VPN.

@slippip01#126971 I’m in the uk and just use a vpn to bypass the content lock then I call them off my ip
