Call them up and waste their time. They used to be “Printer” support but now they’re “Antivirus” support. I’m not surprised to know this because scammers always change the script. Sometimes when I challenge them, they’ll change their script, but it only makes it harder for them and easier for me because they (scammers) will be challenged harder or to the core. I’m sure you will be familiar with this one. It’s under MCHelper, our enemy.
