916-347-7984 – Officer No Name was really bad. Gave me no case number or employee ID. The connection was bad on his end. As per usual, they don’t listen. Yes, cocaine is an abusive drug and it is totally against the law…duh. First, he says someone stole my information then he accuses me of doing it. Sent me to Dominick Taylor who I had to ask to speak up. I told him his other officer was very rude to me. He spouted the usual crap and he said I could not tell my husband. He knew he was getting nothing so he said he would call back. I called him out and he called me a B+++h and said to suck his d++k. I said blah blah blah heard it before and hung up. I had already wasted half an hour of his time.

BTW. I think you know it but in case you do not know,the Indian scam call centers have no phone forwarding/switching system. They use PC based SIP/VOIP dealer with headphone. When they pretend they are forwarding the call to a “senior” they simply mute their headphone and either shout of the “senior” or raise their hands to draw attention of the “senior”. The senior picks up the headset and un-mutes. The scammers often press fake touch tone buttons to fool the victim. After the “senior” starts talking, the original scammer goes to a spare cubicle and continues with he next scam.
@drwat#77497 Heh… I installed a phone switch in my dad’s house to kill the scammers trying to reach him and even he has forwarding/hold/transfer/conference, from an analog phone. I printed out a booklet of the pound code features and put it next to his remote. Scammers that burn a new DID to get past TrueCNAM’s score and reach him he knows how to blind transfer them to Lenny.

@drwat#77497 Yes, I knew that but thank you anyway. I know they also listen to what you say when they think you think they are on hold. I have heard the beeping when they are just pressing buttons. Everything that they do is a sham.
