Reported to registrar (abuseATbigrockDOTcom, Microsoft (this one: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/reportascam/ ) and Google safe browsing.
They clearly use Microsoft visual identity & name to scam naive people.
I received a confirmation of the registrar that the domain has been suspended
