202-618-5512 – Another Idjit who never took my address or zipcode and then told me the police were coming. He hung up when I called him a coward. I don’t understand why they keep up the farse when they know I know that they know what they are. Oh, his fake name was Jacob Brown.

Tried calling a few times now. Both times it went through, but then it was silent then the call was hung up.
@JusticeinTexas#39584 He kept on saying that you need a criminal attorney. So it got me thinking about what is the difference between a criminal offence and a civil offence in the IRS laws. It turns out that a criminal offence is the “Willful” offence to evade paying taxes. Then I wondered what is the statute of limitations for these laws. From what I read, it is 6 years from the date the taxes are due. So, like they say in their script “between the years 2011 and 2016”. If someone evaded taxes in the year of 2011, then the date the statue started would be April of 2012. Six years after that would be April of 2018. So that year is beyond the statue of limitations. This would be one more thing to challenge them with.
@AlanGreen2#39635 Ooh, good work, bro! I will remember to use that. Also, the IRS does audits on a random basis picked by a computer algorithm and they only audit less than 1% of all tax returns. They also only audit for THREE years unless they suspect criminal activity. If they see that you are doing really suspicious things, they will audit for SEVEN years. But they don’t know that, of course.
@JusticeinTexas#39641 Thanks for the info about how they do audits.
@AlanGreen2#39649 You are so welcome. Hey, bro, go listen to the whole recording of Peter Parker that I just posted. It was off the cuff and really funny.
