Officer Roy Kelley was trying too hard to sound like a real American but failed in an enormous way. I guess I am getting impatient with these thieves because I called him out early instead of dragging the call to its inevitable conclusion. He was just such a smug little man. The call center was exceptionally loud and it is hard to hear me. It felt like he was screaming in my ear. They need to invest their ill-gotten gains into their telecommunications system. I thought he would have been able to tell from the disgust in my voice that I was not going to buy it. Hope springs eternal in a scammers heart.
