also if calling outside Australia you might have it easier if you don't dial the 0 after the +61 (ie just go +613...)
Finally, this is not a toll-free number (in Australia they usually have the form 1800 xxx xxx). I used skype for it (cost me 0.0272 cents/min, worth every cent) with caller ID turned off.
