He won’t stop calling me. Keeps saying really creepy, inappropriate things. Please take this guy down. It’s his personal phone number, so he will likely pick up at any time.

It’s a VoIP number number through bandwidth communications.
Do you have a backstory to this?
Basically what happened was I called a Norton refund scam group and messed with them for about 15 minutes. Then I get a call later from the person from the Norton scam telling me that they used their personal number to contact me so it wasn’t on a recorded line and he could use as many obscenities as he wanted. At first I didn’t mind because I was wasting his time and I didn’t have anything better to do. But then he’s called me like 5 times after that and it’s become rather irritating, plus what he talks about is just uncomfortable.

I think he may be having second thoughts. The first few calls, he was making animal noises. I told him that when he harasses people, he gets what he deserves. I told him that he better apologize. He didn’t listen and blocked my number. I then called him at least 50 times from different numbers, including several US states, Canada, Mexico, Africa and Panama.
He finally apologized and promised that he wouldn’t bother anyone as long as I promised to leave him alone.
Let me know if he calls you back, I’ll rain hellfire on him (well, as much as I can)
