There seems to be a noticeable downtick in the customer service experience lately with the “IRS”. Being told to suck a certain body part by the first “officer” I spoke with was rather off-putting!
Works very well they might be rude at the beginning but if you sound desperate enough they will try to scam you XDDD had a blast.
