Calls are picked up by “Kai” from “US Credit Bureau,” a California-based credit repair service located at 8961 Research Dr Ste 200, Irvine, CA 92618-4266.
Their website, however, lists a California PO box as their mailing address. (888) 498-0160 serves to mask their “hardship number” (949) 336-3589 whilst their main toll-free number is (800) 898-6987.
The company also has a 4.3-star review on Facebook, though most of the 5-star reviews came from bot accounts promoting WhatsApp crypto scams.
“Thank you for calling U.S Credit Bureau. Your call is very important to us, if you know your party’s extension, enter it at any time. For credit services please press 1, For debt services please press 2, For customer service please press 3, To use our dial by name directory please press 4”.
If you don’t press anything, the bot will say “Invalid Input, please try again.” and the opening message with the options will just loop - This will happen 3 times maximum. After, it’ll loop the greeting for one last time before, without any input from the caller again, the bot will say “No valid input detected, please hold while we connect you with a representative”. The phone will ring… American guy called “Sam” answered for me. But, if no answer, there is a voicemail box set up → “Thank you for calling U.S Credit Bureau Customer Service, please leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as possible”.

This loan is designed to meet a variety of your financial needs, whether consolidating existing debt or managing unexpected bills. We are credit flexible and can also provide same day approval for qualified applicants. I can probably update your application status to [PENDING]. To secure this opportunity for you, by simply pressing 1 now or press 2 to be removed from our calling list. Again, press 1 for more information and Press 2 to be placed on our do not call list.”
PRESSING 1 = “Please hold, your call is being transferred with no wait time!” → Call drops.
That’s when using Skype so I either have a random temporary number to connect the call or no caller ID, it depends - so it seems they have a system where they are blocking unknown callers. When calling from my actual VOIP number, the call successfully connects. There is a brief moment of hold music though.
American lady was an impatient bitch, when I asked for the company name she said “debt solution”. She hung up on me very quickly.
EDIT(s): Now my skype call is connecting but also occasionally isn’t. Possibly a brief bug on scammers end. The ones I’m currently dealing with when they answer my calls say their opening line of the script then as soon as I start… mocking them or whatever, they just go opt to go quiet lol. There is also a Voicemail box if no one answers - they ask you to leave your details and an agent will then call you back when they are “free” of being hurled abuse by one of us of course, they won’t be able to scam a victim! Their phone lines are gonna be about us clogged up as your local McDonalds toilet for that matter.
Ask for “Ryan”.
Ask for “Angela”. She told me to get a life. At least she said please.
Ask for “Samantha”.
Usually they say their opening script to quickly, I mock them and pretend I’m like a director to them telling them to slow it down and repeat but as a recommendation, to wash out their criminal mouth first, before trying again. Or something along the lines, they aren’t happy.
802 337 1556 mark and jack would not play financial fraud with me , I am going to get this reported to the fraud board I had marky concerned as he thought he could play scam better then me…
“Thank you for calling Credit Relief. If you received a call from us, your profile now qualifies for additional financial help. Just know that the program is on a first come first serve basis. To learn more simply stay on the line and you will be connected to a live representative. If you feel you were contacted by error, press 9 to be removed from all notifications.”
[IF THE CALLER DOES NOT PRESS 9]:“Please hold on the line as we are connecting your call to a live representative.”
→ The line rang for a few seconds then hold music. Someone answered eventually but wouldn’t say anything, and I could hear those scum American scammers in the background talking to other potential victims. The person who answered my call then shortly after muted their mic and then hung up the call not too long after.
When I called back the first time round, the call wouldn’t go through after the opening message. When I called back the second time round, I reached voicemail asking me to leave my contact info behind and details about my alleged “debt”.
409 977 6014 grace was tough camel regardless what insult or harassment you put her direction she could endure the insult but it was eating her alive , I did finally get her to hang up on me . I have never allow myself to hang up on them regardless of what they try to say or send my direction as the clusterfuckers will always be the ones to hang up on you first if you allow them and I have always allowed them that convenience and they hate that , charles also could not accept my harassing and know they refuse to pickup and speak to me…
First time I called he confirmed if I have debt. I told him I have bills up the wazooo and he hung up (maybe because I’m calling with a google voice number).
