Additional information about this scam: James Turner starts the scam. John Benjamin is his boss and will take over. They are the “investors” that will help you get your prize—regular cash-grab by cashiers check/wire or barcodes. The “treasury” numbers came into play when I had fun with them. They are all part of the same group of scammers.
