Called me today and asking for my father. Had his name and last 4. It’s definitely a confirmed scam fake lawsuit scam. They’re American and need to be shutdown. 1800 707 5704 and 408 987 6292. They claim they are some kind of processing center for a lawfirm. Monday I’m going to call them all day.
